Coordinating with the corporate team and local vendors, planning and implementing all the events efficiently and coordinating with the customers to assist in sales of designated products, an event manager implements all the prices for events and assists to make appropriate hiring for all staff. 

An event manager determines an efficient marketing procedure for all the events. Serving as an event manager since April 2005, Francis Vain supervises the onsite special events and corporate functions for locally based Destination Management companies including Roberts Event Group, JR Global Events, Stockton & Partners, Albrecht Events, and Global Event Partners. He has cultivated successful business conferences, meetings, breakouts, registrations, transportation, large parties/galas, corporate dinners, and corporate team building. Moreover, he has maintained the schedule and timelines for set up/breakdown and the moving of large groups of people from around the world in, out, and around the Phil/NY/NJ/Del area
.
Besides an event manager, Francis Vain served as highly enthusiastic and creative filmmaker who always demonstrated his ability to meet the deadlines and the objectives. Apart from planning for the logistical production, Francis created and managed production schedule, coordinated communication between departments and set the supervisor.

During his leisure time, Francis Vain loves painting and dog training/ fostering animals. He is quite fond of working with local community theaters as an actor as well as a lighting / sound technician. Also, he enjoys theme parks and roller coasters. He loves to spend most of his time with his family.
