Francis Vain provided maximum customer satisfaction as a delivery manager


Ensuring to keep the clients satisfied with the services of the company, a delivery manager is solely responsible for the delivery of projects and products. An ideal delivery manager possesses the ability to spot the warning signs and remove the blockers before they become problematic. He leads the collaborative and planning processes, and prioritizes the work that needs to be done against the capability of the team.

Managing the team dynamics, Francis Vain served as Delivery Manager at BG Graphics in 2008. Here, he scheduled and distributed logistics of high volume orders and delivery of materials for jobs. Highly aimed at providing maximum customer satisfaction, a delivery manager builds and sustains an effective communication with clients and management. Being an established delivery manager, Francis communicated directly with management and clients to identify needs.

A delivery manager always considers time management to be priority driven. He is quite familiar with how to make effective use of his planning, organization, decision-making and time management skills. Francis Vain utilized his time management skills to create and execute a daily/weekly schedule. He worked with team members on production floor to make sure that jobs are accurate and meet the established deadlines. He also managed and addressed performance issues proactively.

Highly focused on building strong relationships with internal customers and vendors to ensure smooth and customer centric delivery, Francis worked on facilitating procurement of materials from vendors and movement of materials through phone, e-mail, and personal interactions. He worked here until 2016.
